The colourful artwork by Beat Aepli,  “Even the most perfect system has its flaws”, 2000, paint on wood, shows a gnawing woodworm. It is a gift from the Vocational Training Centre in Uzwil on the occasion of its ISO certification.

A healthy tree needs to be cared for, as does its environment, the forest.

Its no different with an organization and its quality MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. The organization itself, its relationships to customers, other contacts, and to the environment are all in need of care.

The more aspects are taken into consideration, the closer we are to reaching the goal of TQM, Total Quality Management.
