Interest and core competency

What is the most efficient and effective way of improving quality – perhaps even by implementing and maintaining a quality MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?

This question is of interest to me both in general and for each customer contact. My core competency is the introduction and maintenance of quality MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.
